💙 welcome 💙

Welcome to the party! Your attendance is cherished by our three hosts, any of whom will be delighted to give you a tour of the property! They're very proud of how far their cottage has already come. The house has an array of flower arrangements, white and yellow with splashes of purple, chrysanthemums, hydrangeas, roses, and sunflowers being the highlights. While there's modern conveniences and it's well lit, there are candles placed about each room. Plenty of room to stand or sit, in the living room, along with extra folding chairs spread strategically about. Of note in the living room area is a terrarium with a box turtle, their beloved pet, Mister Dibbles.
Near the front door is a table with an assortment of potted succulents and cacti, with a sign indicating to please take one on your departure! A party favor ( bought from Blooming Days, thank you, Ororo ), from Daphne's heart to yours. Each plant contains a tiny card on a stake poked into its dirt stating such, along with a note with basic care instructions.
💙 wine and dine 💙

A wide array of finger foods are spread around the house, on platters and trays, on any surface that will hold them. Fruits, cheeses, crackers, meats, and specially made hors d'oeuvres are on offering. Brought to their home with the aid in planning from Daphne's dear friend, Thomas Jopson. Of special note are small gooseberry pies, specially made with Simon in mind.
There are two special cocktails for the evening - a Sidecar and an Aviation, as per Kim Secretan's suggestion and aid. There's any manner of red, white and rose wines, and a liquor cart with stacks of disposable drinkware. There's a non-alcoholic drink station with plastic cups and several glass dispensers, appropriately marked ( lemonade, iced tea, water with cucumber, and ice water. )
To the pleasure of all, none of the food or drink is tainted. Please do indulge!!
💙 fun fun fun 💙
For those interested, there is a party game meant to be started half an hour into the start time, a game of getting to know you bingo. There are absolutely small prizes for winners ( pints of brandy, candles, and various specialty bath products -- first come first serve, so maybe you pick later and get stuck with something less desirable. Should've played faster! )
In the living room area, at least one game of charades will take place once lips and energies are a little looser. A favorite of our regency hosts and family, their version is a composed of rhyming riddles.
There's also a box, purple ribbon untied and at its sides, with CHARADES across the front. Who could've bought that? Someone hoping to contribute to the party, certainly, but once it's opened it is clear that each card contains a dirty prompt ( 'reverse cowgirl' ; 'blowjob' ; 'spanking' ; whatever might fit the bill. ) If people are having fun, why take that away too, huh?!
💙 take a breath 💙

A sitting area complete with another smaller drink station with various beverages, the yard is one of the hosts' favorite aspects of their property! There is plenty of seating, extra brought in for the party, as well as blankets for if the night gets chilly. Once it gets dark, a set of candles surrounding the area are lit.
Do feel free to go out further into the yard, or even into the woods, if you really need a breather! There's plenty of space to relax, however you see fit.
💙 afterparty 💙

If you are close to the hosts, perhaps you stay a little longer. Enjoy a nightcap with them in any part of the house, or maybe you're up to some more risque behavior. Do keep it in a private space!
